Privacy policy

The Print and Press Apparel Co. is a custom printing and embroidery shop in Orchard Park, Kelowna. We follow British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act and Canada's anti-spam law (CASL).

• Your name, phone number and email, so we can quote, confirm and let you know when an order is ready.
• Order details: products, sizes, colours, quantities, prices, pickup or delivery details and payment status.
• Artwork, logos and photos you upload, and the designs you make in our designer.
• Notes about your order, such as the occasion it's for, so we get it right and can help next time.
• Account details if you create one, and your rewards points history.
• For team and event stores: the buyer's name, contact details, items and any player name or number added to a garment.
• Basic website data such as pages visited and how you found us (for example a search or an ad), so we know what's working.

We don't store card numbers. Payments are handled by Square, which has its own privacy policy.

• To prepare quotes and proofs, make your order and tell you when it's ready.
• To keep a record of what you've ordered so you, or we, can reorder it quickly.
• To answer your questions and keep track of our conversations with you.
• To run rewards points and any discounts set up for your school, team or business.
• To send you offers or news, but only if you've said yes. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

We don't sell your information. We share only what's needed with the services that help us run the shop: our website and database host, our email provider and Square for payments. If you buy from a team or event store, the person running that store can see your name, what you ordered and whether it's been picked up, so they can hand it out.

Our service providers may store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws.

We use your uploaded files only to make your order. We don't reuse your design or show it publicly without asking you first.

We keep order records for as long as you're a customer and as long as tax law requires (usually seven years). You can ask us to delete your account and personal details at any time, and we'll do so unless we're required to keep a record.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can stop marketing emails at any time with the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
