Terms of service

Prices on the website are estimates until we confirm your order. Final pricing depends on the garment, quantity, print size and placement. Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes.

We send a proof before anything is printed. Please check spelling, sizes, colours and placement carefully. Once you approve a proof, we print exactly what's shown, and we can't be responsible for mistakes that were on the approved proof.

Colours on screen can look a little different from ink on fabric, and print sizes may be adjusted slightly to fit each garment size.

By sending us artwork you confirm you own it or have permission to use it. We can refuse any design we believe infringes someone else's rights or is offensive. You keep ownership of your designs.

Turnaround times are estimates that start once your proof is approved and payment terms are settled. We'll always tell you if something is going to be late. Orders are held for pickup for 30 days after we let you know they're ready.

Payment is taken in store through Square, or as agreed for school and business accounts. We may ask for a deposit on large or rush orders before we start.

Because every item is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind or wrong sizes chosen by the customer. If something is our mistake or the garment is faulty, tell us within 7 days of pickup and we'll reprint or refund it.

Stores are run by an organiser, such as a coach, team parent or tournament organiser, and we make and supply the orders. Prices and pickup arrangements are set out on each store page. Orders close on the date shown and are produced together after the store closes.

Rewards points have no cash value, can't be transferred and may change or end with notice. Points earned on orders that are later refunded may be removed.

Keep your login details private. We may suspend accounts that are misused. See our privacy policy for how we handle your information.
